Meet Our Dentists

Janette – Office Manager

Janette has been a Kingston Dental Associates family member for 25 years. She loves being part of a family-run practice and helping our patients feel like they are part of our family. She also appreciates our focus and commitment to continuing education and using the latest technologies and techniques to serve our patients better. Janette works hard to bring the newest information in dentistry to our practice and ensure that our team is always equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to provide excellent patient care.

Janette is an American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) member. She has been happily married for 25 years and has two sons and a daughter. Janette enjoys singing, crafts, and spending time with her family outside our office.

Sarah – Front Desk and Dental Assistant

Sarah has been with our team since 2016. She loves that we are like a family and always gives her all to provide our patients with excellent care and help make our practice successful. Sarah has two younger brothers who mean the world to her and two fur children, Bella and Leui.

Laurie – Dental Assistant

Laurie has been with our team for seven years. She loves helping people and gives 110% in everything she does. Laurie has been married for 31 years and has three children. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family.

Jessica – Certified Dental Assistant

Jessica has been with our team at Kingston Dental Associates for 15 years. She graduated college in 2001 with a criminal justice degree. Jessica enjoys working, interacting, and having fun with her patients, the doctors, and our team. She is a team player who gives her best every day and uses her CAD/CAM technology knowledge to ensure our patients receive excellent care.

Jessica has been married for 16 years and has a 13-year-old daughter named Jenna. She plays women’s softball, coaches a co-ed basketball team, and enjoys hiking and the outdoors.

Suzanne – Registered Dental Hygienist

Suzanne has been part of our dental family for 27 years. She has received extensive training in dentistry and other fields, having completed certifications in dental hygiene and hotel and restaurant management. She is also certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Suzanne is on the medical board for Capital Care and is a past president and treasurer for CDDHA. She enjoys the family atmosphere and caring doctors at our office and works hard to help our patients feel comfortable and educate them about their oral health. She loves what she does and feels blessed to have entered the hygiene profession.

Suzanne enjoys being with her seven grandchildren, reading, and camping.

Tom – Registered Dental Hygienist

Tom has been with our team for ten years. He graduated from SUNY Albany with a Master's degree in Education and taught sixth grade for eight years before returning to school for dental hygiene training. In 2006, Tom graduated from HVCC at the top of his class. While his years of teaching were invaluable in his professional career, Tom enjoys his new career as a dental hygienist much more.

Tom has won several awards, including the Community Service Award and the Chancellor's Award. He enjoys the family atmosphere and our close-knit staff. As a dental hygienist and a former educator, he enjoys sharing information with his patients to help them protect their teeth and gums.

Tom married his beautiful wife, Jill, in 1998. Together, they have two children, Emily and Valerie. Tom enjoys swimming, hiking, and exercising at the gym. He also coaches swim teams at a club and the high school level.

Brian - Bookkeeper

Brian has been with our practice since 2006, dedicatedly handles all accounts payable, and facilitates communication and scheduling with outside vendors. He is also in charge of general maintenance of equipment. He has three children, two sons and a daughter, and has been happily married for over 25 years. Brian enjoys working for Kingston Dental Associates because of the family feel.

Virelmi – Dental Assistant

Virelmi has been a dental assistant for seven years. She moved here two years ago from Dutchess County. She is a new addition to the Kingston Dental Associates family and is a sterilization technician and dental assistant. When Virelmi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves to paint and listen to podcasts. We are so happy to have her join our team.

Heather – Registered Dental Hygienist

Heather is our newest hygienist, joining Kingston Dental Associates in 2020. Though new to KDA, Heather holds over a decade of experience in dental hygiene. Her past work has allowed Heather to develop a unique skill set, including her anesthesia license. While Heather brings a wealth of knowledge to our office, her attention to patient care, her kindness, and her smile can all be counted among her contributions to the team.

Heather lives in Saugerties with her family. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and nature.

Krista – Front Desk

Krista recently joined our staff and brought with her a diverse medical background. She is the smile at our front desk and is always willing to help her coworkers and our patients. Krista is a proud mom of two boys and enjoys spending time with her family and working out when she’s not busy working hard for our patients. She’s been a great addition to the KDA team.

Dawn - Front Desk Associate

Dawn is a returning member of the KDA team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her back. She brings over 36 years of experience in dental assisting and dental office management. She is happily married with three children and a proud grandma to her grandkids. Dawn takes pride in being a team player and is extremely committed to assisting all patients in receiving the dental care they need. We are very lucky to have her here with us once again.
