For those patients who have insurance that we do not participate with, payment is due at time of service. For your convenience we except cash, checks and all major credit cards. Our office will assist you in receiving direct reimbursement. Our electronic submissions and electronic attachments help expedite your return. This service is offered at no charge to you.

To assist our patients with any out of pocket expense we offer Citi Health Card. Citi Health Card offers no interest payment plans and other payment options to suit your individual needs. Patients may apply in our office or online at www.healthcard.citicards.com or by calling 1-866-843-2330
